Our clubhouse is available for hire to local sports and recreational groups, business organisations and for children's parties and funeral teas

Hires for private parties will be considered on request but are subject to management committee approval

Facilities:

Our clubhouse comprises of an entrance lobby, cloakroom, ladies, gents and accessible toilets, kitchen, bar, utility store and a main hall of approx 12 metres x 8 metres and 2.7 metres floor to ceiling

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a gas hob and oven, fridge, microwave, bain marie with hot cupboard, constant hot water boiler, stand alone water boiler, dishwasher and stainless steel units, sinks and work surfaces. A fridge/freezer is available in the utility store

We hold crockery, cutlery, 16 rectangular tables (1830mm x 760mm), 10 square tables (760mm x 760mm), 8 circular tables (1520mm dia) tables and upholstered chairs for 100 people

Audio and visual equipment including TV, DVD, ceiling mounted projector, pull down projection screen, wireless microphone, flush mounted ceiling speakers and Wi-Fi access are all available. Wired connections for mobile phones and tablets may be made to our audio amplifier 

Charges:

Our standard rates are £15.00/hr with a minimum charge of £30.00

Children's parties - fixed rate of £30.00 per session

Function hires - £15.00/hr plus £30.00 function supplement

Functions are defined as any event that involves catering or alcohol or music

Discounted rates will be available to all children's sports groups
